360 Degree Video Edits

I recorded and edited several different videos using a 360 degree camera. My videos were taken around college and are all in motion. Here are the results:

Here I made two different edit from the same video, to show how 360 degree cameras can capture so much footage, however not all of it can be shows all at once in a simple video. Making two edits of the same footage shows the cameras capabilities and how you can create a new edit using footage seen before from different angles.

The editing process:

After uploading the footage from the 360 degree camera onto my computer, I used a piece of software called Insta360 Studio to edit the footage. Using the four icons at the top left hand side of the screen, I clicked the 1st icon (furthest to the left) to import the footage that I intended to use. To edit I could use my mouse (when I rolled it would move the positioning of the footage to a closer or farther view) and I could drag the image across to view different angles of my recording. When I had decided on the angle and distance that I had wanted for my edit, I clicked the plus icon on the bottom right hand side of the screen, this marked the positioning that I had made as the keyframe of the dit. I proceeded to press the play button and could edit as I watched the video, I added several key frames to make my video move swiftly from angle to angle. When I was finished with my edit, I clicked the yellow button in the bottom right hand side to export my video.
